Nice overnight spot to rest up for next days traveling. Really large elevators!!!
No free breakfast, fridge or microwave. Check in and check out was across the street in seperate part of hotel. There was an orange electrical power cord coming out of the wall and plugged into the outlet, don't have a clue what that was about, but found it humorous.

The pool and the kiddieland was great for the children.
Not very satisfied....we booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed three weeks prior to arrival. When we arrived, they told us all they had was a room with double beds. We checked into that room only to discover there was no heat, called the front desk, all they could do was bring us a space heater.....it was miserablely cold especially with small children.

Was not to far to fairground, very close to airport and in 20 minutes in downtown.Hotel was very clean and friendly staff.
In Bathroom fan didn't work. Key for rooms didn't work sometimes.

Location.
Price not the same as quoted. Toilet ran off and on the whole stay. Didn't get the non-smoking room I selected.

Not much. Staff did the best they could with what they had.
Building plant is old and run down. Rooms need to be upgraded. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Carpeting needs to be replaced. Halls are dreary.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty. Room was not made up ever, over a three-day stay (even after calling the front desk). Poorly trained staff. Awful- never, ever, ever stay there again.
